Central Office Staff

	Dianne K. Brooks Director dkbnca@rit.edu 585-475-6433 (voice, TTY) Dianne collaborates nationally with the other three regional centers and the U.S. Department of Education Project Officer, completes Federal reports, and responds to national issues. She also is responsible for all budget allocations and develops state and independent consultant contracts.

	Denise Kavin Associate Director dkavin@mail.rit.edu 585-475-6433 (voice, TTY) Denise is responsible for the day-to-day activities of PEPNet-Northeast, responds to outreach specialists' questions/concerns, and works with PEPNet trainees/coordinators on national projects.

	Loriann Macko Project Coordinator lxlnca@rit.edu 585-475-6433 (voice, TTY) Loriann is responsible for developing partnerships with secondary school districts, developing new trainings, workshops, special events, community programs, and regional conferences committed to in the grant proposal to the U.S. Department of Education.

	Barbara Milliman Staff Assistant bamnod@rit.edu 585-475-6433 (voice, TTY) She manages the front office and responds to technical questions, coordinates travel arrangements and disseminates PEPNet-Northeast publications.

	Sheila Reasoner Staff Accountant smr8574@rit.edu 585-475-6753 (voice) As staff accountant, Sheila maintains all financial records for PEPNet-Northeast as well as advising PEPNet-Northeast on finance issues.

	Gerard G. Walter Ed.D Project Consultant ggwncp@rit.edu 585-475-7567 (voice,TTY) Gerard (Jerry) coordinates several national initiatives on behalf of the four regional centers that comprise PEPNet (Postsecondary Education Programs Network) including the planning and dissemination of the College and University Guide for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, and the PEPNet National Needs Assessment.

	Patrick I. Smith Webpage/Database/Systems Administrator Patrick.Smith@rit.edu 585-475-2359 (voice,TTY) As Webpage/Database/Systems Administrator, Patrick develops and maintains the PEPNet-Northeast database and Website.
